Transformers Universe Deluxe Hound-Autobot Scout

During the first season of the cartoon, Hound served as the Autobots' primary scout and recon soldier, a role which suited him well because he quickly grew to love the varied natural landscapes of Earth. This is consider as old haul, and a replacement for henkei hound that are now rare in the market..

TFU Hound is good figure,articulation are good,u can do many posse and but dont have blings.huhuhu..ofcoz it cant win over henkei hound..overall,consider it is using new mold not like prowl and sunstreaker,the fig is good buy.

Henkei C-14 Ratchet (Autobot Medic)

My next haul is Henkei C-14 Autobot Ratchet..thanks transformersbay.com forum member, bro bill@hiongyong for helping me to grab this henkei.

Ratchet was the Autobot medic, and therefore he seldom was ever seen in battle. He usually spent time at the Autobot base with Wheeljack creating and repairing other Autobots. The two of them were credited for creating the Dinobots in an attempt to bolster their ranks versus the Decepticons.

Ratchet was eventually killed in The Transformers: The Movie in an attack by the Decepticons on an Autobot shuttle. The Decepticons penetrated the hull of the shuttle that he, Ironhide, Prowl, and Brawn were flying in. Ironhide and Ratchet attacked the invaders together after Prowl and Brawn's death. The two suffered the same amount of fire from the Decepticons; due to Ironhide's strong armor, he survived the first strike but ultimately died. Ratchet, on the other hand, was killed easily. Luckily, his role as medic is taken by Junkion leader Wreck-Gar, who formed an alliance with the Autobots, and First Aid of the Protectobots. -source : wikipedia

The box art is the same as henkei's past box. Still, i like the manga character art very much.

The alternate mode,is just like Henkei Ironhide, except the color, instead of red, this one is white.

The robot mode is cool as henkei ironhide robot mode.Looks tough and smart, and i must said, i am very satistfied.

Overall, worth buying and recommended to all.

Decent box art for henkei. It has manga graphic style show the Red Alert character. The fig in package is in alternate mode Fire Chief Sportscar, Red and White. Can u fell the poison within?hehehe

Alternate Mode

Henkei red Alert mold is the same as Henkei/Classic Sunstreaker and Sideswipe@Lambor. I think the car model is refer to Lamborghini. Rear window show clearly the insign of Autobot. Back spoiler are chrome and give the bling-bling feel..i like it.hehehe.

Robot mode

The transformation are not so hard and the leg joint are tight. The Red Alert face are so cool.Nice paintjob indeed..Body articulation is good and can do some cool pose,not kaku at all.

Overall
It's something about red and white color that attract me..so cool..and i agree with the review out there, the quality of paintjob for Henkei Red Alert are good. Great addition to henkei collection, worth buying. Recommended to all.

Since this is an experiment, i'm using cheap paint,not tamiya or mr hobby..just paint i got from hardware store..

Kitbashing 1 - Project : Repaint Megatron G1

Well at first, i am planning to complete my seekers, 'Thundercracker and Skywarp' with repaint of Hasbro Acidstorm. (inficted by Customed SEEKERS fever thread in the www.transformers.com.my forum). But i think before i do it, i want to make an experiment first. So on January 2009, i stumble a Bootleg Classic Hasbro Megatron, at Tesco Extra Ipoh..hahahaha.defiantely he is gonna be my 'geinue pig', so i grab it for RM18.90 and decided to repaint him to Megatron G1 color.

First, i set up a mini workshop
and then i dismentle it, pieces by pieces..looks like Meg is gonna be reformarted..hehehe

Well, here are the tf fig that i had bought on my journey to KL with www.transformers.com.my forum member, Victor Prime @ Jai, Preaviadimus @ Jimmy, Amirskyprime@ Amir, Ejal (jai bro) and Ben (Jimmy fren)..i got Encore 01 Optimus Prime (RM169) at Toywiz, Henkei Jetfire (RM85, dunt remember which store) and Energon Battle Ravage,free from NewMeg..well, i am happy with all the journey from start to end..

yahoo, finally i got TFTM Premium Optimus Prime..very nice fig..got it from my cousin,cheap-cheap,RM150 only..

New haul!!..TFA Animated Deluxe Autobot Samurai Prowl & Blurr

Yeah..indeed, this two are from my wife for my birthday..30 years already, still young what.hehehe..Got them from the Revolution for RM104.90 both..fair price I think. Had in mind to wait it’s arrival at Parkson Ipoh, but come to think about it,it’s way long to wait because many TFU such as Acidstorm, Streak, Galvatron, TFA such as Starscream,Skywarp,Grimlock had been shelfwarmer there, Parkson will wait to them all sold, and then will bring new stock..dunno when will the old item be clear..but I am eager to grab TFA Samurai Prowl quickly, so I bought it..luckly, it is the last piece as the seller told me..if I am late, no more and then I will be ‘kempunan’..hehehe…IMO TFA Samurai Prowl are so cool and slick.and the reason I got also TFA Blurr is because got extra budget, but I like the fig also,alternate mode are awesome, futuristic car.....and this two fig as I mentioned above are the first TFA line that I bought.hehe.(don’t like TFA, but can’t resist the Samurai Prowl.huhuhu)

Flashback-2008 TF Hauling

It was 15 September 2008, and i receive a package at my office from Pos Laju..tadaaa..yet another tf figure,TFTM-Deluxe Premium Jazz, i bought it at E-Bay, but so expensive, RM100 for a deluxe figure..So desperate la that time, just want to complete my toys tf movie lines. At that time i'm not sign in yet to www.transformers.com.my forum and doesn't know such forum exist in Malaysia..then i've been told by forum members, that i was been cheated for that price, can get RM60-70 below..huhuhu..but what to do, still i am happy with Premium Jazz..so slick and smart..

A few days later, on 18 September 2008 , i bought again another tf fig..huhuhu..seems like had been poisoned kaw-kaw by www.transformers.com.my forum.hehehe. At first i just drop by The Store, Jalan Kampar, in Ipoh, try to find buy some stuf, and i saw at toys section there that had Autobot logo at one corner..so, i went to it, just to look and passing by..and i suprises, it still got one TFTM Yoyager Premium Ironhide at retail price i think, Rm99.90 for shelfwarmer..so quickly i grab and bought it, not thinking twice..hehehe

After that, in March, i start collecting Takara Tomy Henkei , starting first with Sunstreaker (bought from the Revolution) , followed by Optimus Prime aka Convoy (bought from AnimeTech at Ipoh Parade). and then finally manage to grab TFTM-Yoyager Metallic Ratchet at AnimeTech for Rm160..

Finally groupshot for movie line, but no Optimus Prime red & blue color..and also bumblebee (i sold it to Victor Prime aka Jai because dunt like it's battle damage)..so must hunt them after this..

Year 2008 - Hunting TF Begins

First of all,i dunno how i got interested in tf fig again, after 10 years since i got my 1st tf fig,i think it's becouse the Movie Blockbuster -Tranformers The Movie 2007..at first i just want to get one Deluxe Hasbro- Bumblebee only,but when i go to every each supermarket such as The Store,Jaya Jusco,Parkson (all in Ipoh),the are not be found,or sold out (that time not now E-Bay)..and then, i saw a hobby shop called the Revolution near TESCO..so went to the store and suprised, there are many toy fig such as Starwars,Marvel,Terminator and etc, but transformers figure are just left a few..there i notice a twinpack box of TFTM Bumblebee Title Evolution of Hero (had battle damage effect) include a Camaro 2008 Concept and Camar0 74. so i grab it at RM120..but it doesn't stop there, and then i saw TFTM OP Nightwatch, and then after a few days later,i grab it too with price RM185..so only in one month,i got 3 transformers figure. Honestly to say, my salary are so cukup-cukup makan, but still manage to grab them..later on, eating mee maggi..huhuhu
